Healing is a lifelong journey I believe we are all on in our own ways, and it is not a destination. I see it as an ongoing, courageous act of returning to ourselves. We learn to hear our own voice, to trust our own body, and to extend unconditional acceptance to all parts of ourselves, even when love doesn't come easily. I work with late adolescents and adults navigating life's most disorienting moments: identity shifts, life transitions, relationship endings, loss, and recovery from emotionally abusive dynamics. My approach is integrative, working with both conscious experience and the nervous system to deepen emotional awareness and the mind-body connection.
I think of the therapy space the way I think of nurturing a tree. My role is not to decide which direction it grows. Instead, I help provide the essentials. Sunlight, water, space. You already have everything you need from within. I hold an open, collaborative, and brave space where you are in the driver's seat. I am here to receive you as a whole person.
