I help adults across New Mexico and Arizona who are struggling with anxiety, trauma/PTSD, OCD, depression, and major life transitions. Through secure telehealth, I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you're experiencing, develop practical coping tools, and move toward lasting healing.
One of my favorite parts of therapy is witnessing the small but powerful shifts: feeling more at peace, seeing yourself with compassion, and no longer reliving the pain of the past.
I offer EMDR therapy for clients who want to heal from painful past experiences and feel less stuck in the present. I also work with anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, and communication struggles. My style is warm, compassionate, straightforward, and collaborative.
My practice is called Warm Glow Therapy, which was named after a client's idea of a supportive resource. Despite the name, I am a down to earth person and therapist.
