About
My therapeutic focus and passion is working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, are neurodivergent, and/or are a member of the LBTQI community. In our culture, neurodivergent and LGBTQI individuals are often ostracized and othered by their surrounding communities. I, myself, am a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQI community (bisexual) and identify as gender queer.
My goals with individuals usually involves restoring past trauma, radical acceptance, and helping them recognize their innate ability to thrive through hardships. I am trained both in EMDR and AIR Network therapy. Both of these therapies provide invaluable insights into our life and can be incredibly useful when working through childhood trauma.
Life can be difficult to navigate and sometimes it’s made a little easier when you have someone to talk to. If you feel like you would like someone to work alongside you on certain issues or goals, I invite you to connect with me.
