I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups who are struggling with various issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief/loss, and coping with life transitions.
My area of specialty is in behavioral medicine/health psychology. This means that I work with people who are having difficulty adjusting to an illness, who are having difficulty transitioning into the next stage of life, or who want to make a behavior change such as smoking cessation, weight management, stress management and exercise adherence.
I also do a great deal of work with women who are struggling with such issues as depression during pregnancy, postpartum depression, bereavement, infertility, and menopause.
