My experience in higher levels of care allows me to hold both depth and structure in the therapeutic process.
I draw from existential psychotherapy alongside evidence-based approaches including ACT, DBT, and CPT. Sessions combine reflection with practical tools so you leave therapy not just understood—but equipped to navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions differently.
