Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched thin by anxiety, stress, or major life transitions? I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, identity shifts, and the transition to parenthood—including matrescence—in a warm, collaborative space focused on reconnection and relief. As a queer parent with a background in education, music, and higher levels of care, I bring thoughtfulness, playfulness, and structure to therapy, supporting you in reconnecting with your values and a steadier sense of self. My experience in higher levels of care allows me to hold both depth and structure in the therapeutic process.
I draw from existential psychotherapy alongside evidence-based approaches including ACT, DBT, and CPT. Sessions combine reflection with practical tools so you leave therapy not just understood—but equipped to navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions differently.
I currently have availability and welcome new clients. Please reach out via email to get started. If I’m not the right fit, a colleague in the practice may be able to help. Finding the right provider takes time and courage—and you don’t have to do it alone.

I work with clients to identify the things in their life that are no longer working for them and keeping them stuck. I believe that an important part of trauma work is grounding and creating safety within ourselves. It is only when we have established safety within ourselves that we can identify and hold space for our grief, while then moving towards the things that matter to us.

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to identify the things that we don't have control over - accepting those parts of our life - and identifying the things we do have control over - and making behavioral changes to do more of the things that we want to do.
