It is my goal to help clients learn to identify, process, and cope with difficult life events, emotions, and behaviors. This goal is facilitated in a confidential, supportive, and therapeutic environment in which clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings without feeling judged or criticized. I have worked on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 29 years providing outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.
Therapy can be a big step. I meet clients where they are in their journey to address the issues each client feel are most important. Together treatment goals and interventions will be discussed and established that are comfortable for each client. Parents will be included in establishing goals and interventions for children and adolescents.
