One of the unique services I offer is Walk & Talk therapy, where we walk outdoors during our sessions. This relaxed setting can help you open up more easily and find new insights as we talk and move together.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, or just need support, I’m here to listen, guide, and work with you in a way that honors your unique journey. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore, heal, and make lasting change at your own pace.
