Are you a bride struggling with your mental health? Virtual group therapy for brides confronting stressors that come with wedding planning. As a 2022 bride that made it through & therapist with clinical expertise, I am here to help. We will discuss the many pitfalls of the wedding planning process, taking care of your mental health, & building a community of brides for support.
