About
There are times that life can give us an unexpected journey. This journey leaves us with issues that may have begun in childhood or in adulthood. As a counselor, I am here to help you work through and manage your problems that happen in your life’s journey. This can include personal life issues or family concerns. As you gain insight and self-awareness, we can continue to work together to come up with the tools to overcome the issues that may have impeded your quality of life. This will include building on the strengths you already have and the goals you want to achieve.
I specialize working with children through adults of all ages that are struggling with anxiety and depression, life transitions and grief/loss. I also work with adult COA and children through adults coping with a divorce. I can also assist children and adolescents to learn better ways to control their behavior and coping strategies for life.
My goal is to build a comfortable and genuine relationship with my clients so they feel accepted and open to share. New clients are welcome; and I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to answer any questions. You may also email me at the above link. Please take the first step to gain the positive experiences you deserve in your life's journey.
