I work with families who want to better understand what their child is experiencing and find a way forward together. Whether you're navigating big emotions, family conflict, a difficult transition, or a mental health crisis, you don't have to navigate it alone.
I provide child, teen, and family therapy, with specialized experience offering support after suicidal thoughts, self-harm, suicide attempts, psychiatric hospitalization, PHP, or IOP. I also work with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, parenting, and family relationships.
When you're worried about your child, it can be hard to know what to do next. You don't have to have all the answers before reaching out. And you don't have to wait until your child is in crisis.
