I am a licensed therapist in Texas specializing in adjustment, trauma, anxiety, burn-out and relationship issues with over 18 years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including those with multicultural concerns, chronic pain, neurodivergence & ASD. I prioritize making clients feel welcome and supported in the goals they choose for treatment by providing a therapeutic setting that is professional, flexible, unbiased and free of judgment.
I individualize treatment approaches to the client based on their personality style and interests. I am flexible in terms of session focus and topics, I enjoy applying humor when it is fitting, and I love to educate clients by providing adaptive coping skills that are both practical and evidenced-based.

It is important that my clients feel that their time and efforts are valued, and I believe that human beings have an inherent ability and potential to heal and create an improved quality of life for themselves and those they care about.
