I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in Boca Raton, FL, and I work with clients both in-person and statewide via telehealth. I work with couples, families, and individuals and specialize in family-of-origin issues, marital issues, life transitions, and mood disorders, using primarily Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients make progress and improve communication.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client and couple I work with. I most frequently use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, in order to assist clients with building a better understanding of how early attachment issues may be contributing to presenting problems.
My style and approach are tailored to meet the unique needs of the individuals, couples, and families that I treat. I particularly enjoy working with children and adolescents who may be experiencing emotional difficulties due to changing family dynamics and life transitions.
