In life, we all encounter challenges, and sometimes experiences can leave us feeling depressed, anxious, traumatized, and/or stressed. I use a variety of treatment modalities to best meet your needs, including Imago Couples Therapy, Gottman, Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Positive Parenting, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others.
I am a first-generation immigrant and a Navy veteran.
