I am available for in-person and/or telehealth (Telehealth Adults ONLY) counseling in English and/or Spanish.

I use a variety of treatment modalities to best meet your needs, including Imago Couples Therapy, Gottman, Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Positive Parenting, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others.
I am a first-generation immigrant and a Navy veteran. My experience in the military and work in child and adult protective services, foster care, adoption, and crisis intervention has given me the knowledge and experience to provide services and support. “I deeply believe that people do the best they can in the circumstances they encounter."
