Experienced Clinical Mental Health Counselor utilizes "trail talk" in-person therapy and telehealth, as well as a variety of counseling modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and tools for creating more life happiness. Other experience includes corporate leadership development & team-building, experiential & outdoor education, life coaching, adventure guiding, ski coaching/patrolling/PSIA certified ski instruction, EMT, acting, college level teaching and sports. Married, father of 4 children. Experience addressing issues around personal happiness, fulfillment, relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, & life transitions.
My experience, unique training, and deep sense of compassion and empathy help provide clients with the support and direction needed to make profound and lasting changes in their lives as they navigate the challenges they face and manifest the goals that they aspire to achieve. I offer both telehealth therapy and in-person therapy on nearby hiking trails.
