Exploring Consensual Non-Monogamy
8 Week Virtual Therapy Group for individuals who are exploring CNM or wanting to strengthen and build their CNM relationships. This group is part book club, part support group, part skills group. We will use Polysecure as the vehicle for navigating conversations. Each week group members will read a chapter in Polysecure. During group, members will discuss the reading, how they are wanting to incorporate topics/themes from each chapter, and clinician will provide an exercise to work on during the group and in the week.

Reclaiming Your Story: Healing From Purity Culture
This 10-week group provides a safe and supportive space for AFAB people to explore and heal from the impact of purity culture. Together, we’ll address themes of sexual shame, body image, religious trauma, and relationship dynamics in a compassionate, trauma-informed setting. Our group is designed to empower you to reclaim autonomy over your body and desires while fostering a sense of self-worth rooted in authenticity and self-compassion.
