About
I primarily work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and distress in relationships (whether that is partners, family, or friends). My clients are mostly young adults or older, although I am happy to work with younger children in the context of family therapy. Additionally, specialize in working with those in the LGBTQ+, Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), sex worker, and Kink communities.
I will assist you in clarifying your goals for therapy if you don't already have an idea, and identifying strengths and resources that you already have in your life that can be used to move you closer to that goal. I use a systemic, Solution-Focused approach, allowing you and your goals to guide our sessions.
If you are struggling with your mood, intrusive thoughts, gender or sexual identity, or just want to work on your communication and understanding within your relationships, I would love to hear from you. I offer a free, 20-minute initial consultation to see if we are a good fit, and will work with your schedule for further sessions as needed.

Finances
- Session Fee: $40 per session
- Couples Session Fee: $60 per session

Billing would be charged through Flow Art Therapy, billed after every session. I do not accept insurance, but can provide a superbill.
