My superpowers shine the most with those in their 20's and 30's, from young adults in college to Millennials nearing midlife. I love helping clients navigate big decisions, and issues that I often work with include ADHD, quarterlife crisis, career planning, dating difficulties, decision paralysis, moderate-to-severe anxiety, OCD, and guided self-discovery.
As a sex-positive and affirming therapist, I seek to create an absolutely shame-free space where clients feel safe discussing all parts of their lives. I welcome clients of all gender identities and sexual/romantic orientations.
