Therapy is more than just a conversation. It is a guided process of conscious learning and unlearning to actively work in finding the root of your pain. The process may be difficult, but I vow to hold space with you as we move through that discomfort into a place of growth and contentment. Utilizing Emotional Focused Therapy & Narrative Therapy, I work with my clients in individual and couples therapy to help them find power in their own narrative, identify their deeper emotional experiences, and rewrite their stories.
If you’re struggling, it’s okay to seek out therapy just as we’d seek out doctors for physical injuries/checkups. If you’d like to talk to someone about anything causing you discomfort, reach out for therapy so that we can work together to deconstruct what ails you and find out how you can live the stories you want rather than the stories that weigh on you.
I cater heavily to both Muslim and Black populations providing therapy with both cultural and religious competency and humility giving space for clients to find their own voices in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.

Daughters of African Immigrants: A Support Group
Roua Eltayeib and Ndoumbé Fall are excited to launch Daughters of African Immigrants this summer! This group aims to provide a safe space for African women to evaluate their family roles and how these influence other relationships. Members will explore the impact of being raised as codependent givers, confront realities of sexism within our families, and examine internalized beliefs about womanhood. The group focuses on self-care, boundary setting, esteem building, and healing through connection, sisterhood, storytelling, psycho-education, and mindfulness.
