My approach to therapy is rooted in an integrative holistic foundation.In addition to traditional talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, I also employ more progressive forms of therapy such as compassionate focused therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy,hypnotherapy,strengths-based approach, energy psychology and art therapy.
