I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process distressing memories so they no longer have the same emotional impact.

EMDR can be effective for trauma, anxiety, panic, grief, childhood experiences, relationship challenges, and other situations where the past continues to influence the present.
