I work with my clients to identify roots of the struggle, and I help them make changes toward a better way. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, adults, individuals, and couples, helping them to understand experiences more fully.

I offer a safe space, in person or virtually, for you to explore whatever is going on. We are able to live more intentionally and effectively through a clearer understanding of ourself and our experience. I am here to listen & understand, encourage & challenge, and ultimately empower you to navigate what's going on NOW, and what is to come, successfully.
