I am currently offering therapeutic services via Telehealth. I provide therapeutic services to Adolescents, Young Adults and Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, including trauma and PTSD. My specialty is working with Athletes in multiple settings, whether you are a young Athlete just discovering sports or a professional Athlete facing adversity and difficulty navigating the multiple demands of your sport, I can assist you in identifying the missing key. I am committed to the improvement of mental health and providing a safe, confidential and judgment free environment, where you can get the therapeutic support you need.
I am a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. My experience includes working with individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and end of life. I have worked with Clients in a variety of settings such as homes, schools, and agencies.
