I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder — alongside trauma-informed care, parts work (IFS), and person-centered care. I also work with anxiety, depression, attachment and relationship issues, spiritual concerns, and pornography addiction.
