My style is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion. We will begin exactly where you are without judgment or expectation. No matter what you're exploring in therapy, our work will honor your innate wisdom and lived experience. It's about finding your voice and learning to construct a hallway between your fears and our disconnection, giving them room to stretch out so that we can better understand the very balance you want to strike between compassion and reason.

Informed by a depth-oriented lens, I integrate parts work with present-focused practices that help clients reconnect with their senses of self. I work especially well with neurodivergent individuals (including those who identify as AuDHD), deep processors, and those seeking to reinvest in intimacy after relational and sexual disconnection.

I specialize in working with individuals + all forms of relationships—monogamous, polyamorous, queer, platonic, and blended. I support clients navigating gender, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, and trauma recovery, with a focus on helping re-examine and reshape the narratives they carry about themselves, their bodies, and their desires.
