Hi, I'm Ross. I specialize in working with teens, families and college students, as well as adults and couples here in New Hampshire. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a mental health professional trained in psychotherapy with a focus on family systems. I have spent the majority of my career working with clients to more effectively communicate and manage conflict, connect with themselves and others, and address their anxiety and depression.
