I like to give options on how to deal with both anxiety and OCD. I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist - I use Brainspotting to assist with healing trauma and forgiveness, lowering anxiety, and gaining insight. Additionally, I like to incorporate other forms of therapy, spirituality, and what already interests you like hobbies.
I use telehealth for counseling and walk you through the paperwork and scheduling process early on. The first sessions are to get to know each other and set goals.
