I can help through advice, empathy, authenticity, and most importantly problem-solving as a team. I intend on creating a judgment free space where brainstorming all ideas are on the table. I have a variety of resources that I can provide too, in order to help clients outside of therapy.
I have personally dealt with mental health issues so not only can I sympathize but empathize as well. I understand the struggle and setbacks when dealing with mental health. Meanwhile, I also know the potential for growth and peace when the work is put in. I am here to provide as much support as possible and to let you know that you are never alone.
