Hello! My name is Rosonna. I am a seasoned psychotherapist with over 30 years in various clinical settings. My professional interests include complex trauma and a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, AODA and other co-occurring conditions. I am committed to trauma-informed care. I specialize in EMDR and I now offer Brainspotting.
I am clinically trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2. In addition, I incorporate concepts and skills using other evidenced based practices including Mindfulness, Solution Focused Psychotherapy, CBT, ACT, MRT and Motivational Interviewing.
It is my intention to create a safe, warm therapeutic relationship with each client that comes through her door. I am empathic and it is my mission to convey genuine care for my clients’ emotional well-being, and to create a therapeutic space where people feel safe and supported.
