Our work together can be the beginning of a fuller life. I primarily work with adults of all ages who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly disconnected from themselves. Depression, anxiety, transitions, grief, lack of confidence, perfectionism, and lacking boundaries are all specialities of mine. I also offer play therapy for children 2-9 years old. I especially love nature therapy sessions (and have a Masters Degree in it), but I am known for including art, sand tray, metaphors, and poetry, as well as traditional talk therapy. When you are ready to stand more fully in yourself, I can provide the space for you to begin.
Creative therapies, especially doing sessions outside, are my passion! Inside my office, I also use Play Therapy, Hokomi, Sand Tray, Gestalt, EMDR, Body Awareness, Non-Violent Communication, and Mindfulness. The river, mountains, parks, and forest are near my office for nature-based clients.
My goal is for my clients to feel like they confidently belong in this world with their unique gifts. Challenges don’t disappear with therapy, and therapy is a commitment, but finding your own inner strength makes life’s ups and downs manageable and meaningful. Have questions? I love questions!
