I’m a Christian therapist for individuals, couples, and families who actually want to stay together and break generational patterns. I walk with people through covenant crisis, pregnancy and postpartum struggles, betrayal, and complicated family dynamics. I care deeply about protecting babies, bodies, and marriages, and I integrate prayer and biblical truth for clients who want their faith honored in the therapy room.

I specialize in covenant counseling for Christian couples and families navigating betrayal, sexual issues, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, and deep family‑of‑origin wounds. I work with women and church‑raised couples who love God but feel unseen by “just pray about it” advice.

During our initial sessions we will talk abut family of origin and try to gain understanding of relational patterns as well as talk about skills to improve coping.
