Current openings for both telehealth and in-person. My areas of expertise include anxiety, body image distress, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and working with survivors of sexual assault and emotional abuse. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I support people to find freedom from food obsession and body shame. I use a mindfulness-based approach to help you loosen your grip on the stories and feelings that produce suffering and begin living in stronger alignment with your values.
Neurodiversity affirming and weight inclusive, I practice from an anti-oppressive framework. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and feminist theory as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
