I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master of Social Work degree from Asbury University and have ten years of experience helping others with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, grief, communication issues and adjustment disorders.
I provide individual counseling to clients ages 12 and older and utilize evidence-based treatment interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma systems therapy, and motivational interviewing to address anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem and communication barriers.
I believe treatment should be client-centered, holistic and based on individual client experiences and needs. I work with client's to explore what you want to achieve in treatment while building on the strengths you already possess.
