I integrate IFS, EMDR, and EFT to support LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and people in larger bodies. Together, we can work toward making peace with your body, healing childhood wounds, and/or understanding the protective parts that have helped you survive. I offer in person sessions in Santee Mondays and Thursdays and telehealth sessions Mondays -Thursdays.
Whatever you’re struggling with, having a neutral, supportive space can be life-changing. Therapy helps you make sense of your experiences, understand why things feel daunting, and identify what you truly want and need—all without an agenda. I’d love to support you in that process.
