About
I have been providing and managing behavioral health care services in the Sacramento Metropolitan area since 2000. I am a professionally trained therapist whose goal is to help individuals, couples, and families face their emotional issues with courage and strength while learning to grow and change in a motivating and safe environment. I use multiple treatment modalities which draw upon the personal strengths of my clientele. In addition to English, I speak Gujarati and Hindi, and am comfortable working with people from many cultured and backgrounds.
I have extensive training in helping individuals process their past traumas using a cognitive behavioral approach.
My practice is conveniently located in downtown, close to major freeways, within walking distance of the Capitol, and next to ample parking.
