I have worked with women, young adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, stress management, self-worth/self-esteem, women’s issues, coping skills.I approach clients with a person-centered perspective and use a variety of modalities to meet client's needs. I'm fluent in Malayalam and want to help break the stigma on mental health in South Indian community.
