I love working with college aged adults who are struggling with eating and body image challenges. This is a period of transition and identity formation for many, and I enjoy helping them explore and navigate these changes. I also enjoy working with those who hold intersecting, marginalized identities and who want a therapist who understands how their narrative and experiences in the world have shaped who they are.
I specialize in treating teens and adults with eating disorders, body image concerns, ARFID, emetophobia, and co-occurring anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and depression. Using CBT-E, CBT, FBT, exposure therapy, and mindfulness, I offer culturally informed, compassionate, evidence-based care.
Reaching out for help takes courage, and it is okay if you are not sure where to start. Whether you are beginning your healing journey or seeking support after years of struggle, I am here to walk alongside you - with empathy, expertise, and hope.
