I provide a team approach with clients as in I am here to assist you meet your needs as a person. Traditionally, I use cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to provide structure to your therapy session. Clients often have a task to practice during the break in sessions. The task is a try this to see if this helps you.
I provide a warm safe environment that allows clients to share their life concerns and issues. I have often been told I am easy to talk to which provides a comforting and caring atmosphere.
