With 20+ years in private practice as a psychologist, I have developed specialties in cognitive therapy, couples counseling, chemical dependency, relationship therapy, workplace/career issues, and sport psychology. Additionally, I have worked for 20+ years as an onsite consultant to major corporations providing employee, manager, and organizational coaching.
Trained as both a clinical and a sport psychologist, I was employed for over 10 years by Stanford University as their Sport Psychologist providing consultation to athletes, teams, and coaches. The models used for athletes and coaches often work for employees and managers with performance-related concerns.
