For over 20 years I have worked with individuals who are experiencing sadness, feelings of overwhelm, irritability, stress, sleep disturbance and lack of concentration. I have assisted many individuals in reducing depression and anxiety and in finding better and clearer ways to communicate their needs and feelings.
