My path into mental health began when a loved one struggled with OCD, and I saw firsthand how difficult it was to find help. It seemed impossible to find clinicians trained to recognize and treat OCD. This motivated me to pursue training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD.
We all face moments that feel overwhelming—times when anxiety, doubt, or life transitions make it hard to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with OCD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck, I’m here to offer you compassionate support.
I’m trained in ERP for OCD through the BTTI and I’m a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). My goal is to help you understand your experience, reconnect with your strengths and move forward. I use an integrative approach that combines CBT, ACT, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
I’m fluent in English and Spanish, with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. My background in education, athletics, research, film/theatre helps me connect with a diversity of clients. I’m also an experienced marathon runner and have ran the the NYC and Boston marathons several times. I'm here to support your journey.
