I am accepting new clients! I work in partnership with clients and together identify your goals for therapy. Most importantly, we will identify your strengths; explore what is working well and establish what you want to be different in your life. We will cultivate a plan to accomplish the goals that you set forth for positive change. I define my principal approach to counseling as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based, Positive Psychology, Trauma Informed, Client-centered, Narrative (Talk) Therapy, while I also enjoy the practical nature of Brief, Solution-Focused Therapy.

I have worked as a professional and clinical counselor for 20 years. I enjoy work with adolescents, adults and seniors. My formal education includes a master’s degree in Counseling and a Ph.D., in Human Services/Public Service Leadership. My hope is to assist clients to identify goals for counseling and to support you to improve your quality of life.
I can offer guidance to adults, teens, and families who desire support during the grief process, those who struggle with chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. I have specialized training in Grief and Loss Counseling. I enjoy working with mom’s who are single parents. I invite you to reach out to me and see if we would be a good fit.
