I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and co-occurring disorders, sex addiction, substance abuse, gambling addiction, and relapse prevention. I take clients from ages 12 to 90, both male and female. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained and CMR (Comprehensive Resource Modeling) for trauma, grief, and inner child work; and all forms of relapse prevention and recovery. I am certified in trauma, sexual addiction, drug and alcohol addiction. I am located in Tennesse and California.
I am a licensed marriage family therapist, a licensed advanced alcohol and drug counselor, sex addiction certified, trauma certified, and I have been working with co-occurring disorders for over 10 years. I am also an Approved Supervisor Candidate and can supervise MFTs in Tennessee and California.
I love working with people to help find their healing points. I have a passion for helping you to look deep within and begin the process of healing. My unique experience with trauma is through Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps to get to the core of trauma and inner child work without the need to relive the traumas.
