I specialize in trauma, EMDR, life transitions, anxiety, and depression for adults, adolescents, and families across New York. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Italian, and I bring over 20 years of experience — including work with first responders and justice-involved clients — to every session.
I'm a doctoral-level therapist (DSW, LCSW-R) with graduate training in both psychology and social work. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed — I use EMDR, IFS, CBT, and psychodynamic methods, and I fit the approach to the person. I work from a culturally humble lens and am affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and multicultural backgrounds.
