I am a Licensed Professional Therapist, based in Florida. I was born in the Island of Jamaica but attended College in the USA, where I gained my Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and my Masters from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I began my Professional work in 2019 and worked tirelessly with older teenagers, adults and seniors. However, I also did many hours of internship at a Counseling center and also at a Mental Health Facility, where I gained invaluable experiences.
In our first session, after introducing ourselves to each other, I will help my client to understand the process of our weekly therapy sessions and then allow them to share their reason/s for coming to therapy. It is very important for me to know my clients WHY from the start.
My greatest strength is my love for people, no matter who they are. I have a strong belief that counseling is my calling and not just a Profession.
