I am comfortable providing therapy in Spanish as well as I am fluent. My experience has included outpatient & inpatient settings with a wide variety of client needs. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in treating issues relating to self-harm, depression, and anxiety.
I have years of experience with a variety of disorders most comfortable and experienced with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transition problems, PTSD, sexual abuse, human trafficking, and trauma. I also have both personal and professional experience as well as additional training in family military life-specific issues.
