My name is RoseLee da Conceição Bovell and I am the owner of Liminal Spaces Counseling, LLC and a LICSW in the DMV. I work primarily with women, military community members, workers from various sectors, domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, work induced stress, parenting and caregiving responsibilities, life transitions, grief and loss, or relationships. If you are feeling stuck, unmotivated, and are finding the weight of solving another problem way too heavy, whatever liminal space you find yourself in, reach out for support.
I offer psychotherapy and a safe space to explore your internal world, through use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Inner Child Work, Attachment Theory, and Trauma-informed Care.
