About
Life is meant to have hope. I seek to impart peace and bring hope to each client I serve. Going through hardships in life can weigh us down and get us trapped in a mental state that may feel confusing, burdensome, and painful. Depression, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, and pain do not have to last forever. I believe each person has a purpose and destiny to thrive, not survive, through life. Through powerful inner healing, anyone can break free of the thought cycles that are not serving them well. We will work together in a safe and nurturing environment to explore past hurts and learn new ways to face life with purpose and freedom
I specialize in change of phase of life issues including depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma. I am passionate about getting out of your head and connecting to your soul/heart through an integration of sensory and creative interventions in the therapeutic space (such as art or alternative mindfulness activities) to process unprocessed and trapped pain.
I look forward to working with you as a partner in your healing journey.
