I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you understand thought patterns, build coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. I’m Rose, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, I work with couples seeking to improve communication and rebuild connection.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, grief, and life transitions. Sessions focus on emotional regulation, reducing stress, thought patterns, and building practical coping skills. I help couples build communication skills and rebuild connection.
