Welcome, currently I am only licensed in California and can only conduct therapy online with California clients. Trying to find the right person to help you can be overwhelming. I understand how vulnerable this experience is and how important it is to help my clients relax and tell their stories. I see my role as therapist as a coach, guide, and collaborator for my clients as they access their inherent wisdom and courage to tackle their difficulties with renewed energy. I have a passion for helping women and men work through some of the hardest issues that involve her/his mind and body.
I believe that while working together both therapist and client create the environment and process that works for both. Therapy can bring up intense feelings and it can be joyful, a place to fully explore your potential and laughter is a part of it.
As an adjunct to individual therapy I provide group therapy - a place to experience healing within a community.
I am a certified group psychotherapist, consultant to group therapists and trainer. I am also trained in hypnotherapy, EMDR and Sensorimotor psychotherapy.

Women Survivors of Sexual Abuse - 2 groups
This is an ongoing group for women who are survivors of sexual abuse. Most of the members have experienced childhood and/or adolescent sexual trauma. It is a warm supportive group that helps members overcome the difficulties that continue to plague them years after. We focus on helping members become aware of the ways in which the trauma causes dissociation and behaviors that contribute to distress.
