I hold a master's degree in psychology from Brandman University. I am a licensed therapist in California. I am an open-hearted, empathetic listener available for you. I have 11 years of clinical experience ranging from ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience in helping clients heal from various traumas and find a path to a better life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults with all different types of stages in life. My clients seek insight, answers, and solutions. I provide psychoeducation, active listening, awareness, and insight to help my clients find what they are looking for.
I believe that all people have the potential to have the life they desire; however, the past, current life transitions, or stressors can get in the way. I use a warm, non-judgmental approach with each person. I build trust with each of my clients as therapy is a personal experience. I look at the whole picture of the person to tailor treatment.
I have a gentle, friendly, but direct communication style. I am an active listener. I enjoy using humor and finding the positive side in all aspects of life. I respect that not all people find it easy to communicate. I am able to adapt my style of communication based on the individual.
